like most of my seniors, shannon is crazy active with school. the fall alone includes band AND cross country. then spring brings track. i still can’t figure out how she can do it all. (maybe she’s got one of those time traveling watches like hermione had in prisoner of azkaban. wouldn’t that be so cool??!!) with school starting this week, sunday has become the prime shooting day, and shannon was lucky enought to grab the last one before the bell rings on thursday. she and her super fun family (hi, brittney!!) came with awesome ideas and one of the best outfits of the season…
shannon mentioned that she really liked the vintage look of some of my work. excellent taste, shannon! it’s one of my favs, too. i knew as soon as i snapped this, it would be a fab vintage. *sigh*

because so many of my seniors are athletes, i shoot a lot at the stadium. i just LOVE the composition of this shot. how about that school spirit?!

shannon falsely claimed that she couldn’t pose for the camera. ha! once the shots started firing, she completely got into the grove and worked it like tyra. look how relaxed she is!! and how she rocks one of the best outfits so far this year – a color knock out!!

i wish i could take credit for setting up this shot, but it was all shannon’s idea. how fabulous is it to be spinning in your prom gown on your elementary school play ground?? brilliant!

paul, ty, brittney and shannon, from the outfits to the ideas, thank you for such a fantabulous session!! can i call you when i’m running low on creativity??
peace – jodi
